Dazzling Looking Glass

Hi guys I am currently working to get the Stylist's Dazzling Looking Glass. Just wondering the makeover means on the job makeover (gotten via soliciting services) or just regular makeover from the Fashion conversation option?

I am quite sure I made over more than 25 sims after I reach lvl 10 in Stylist profession yet I am not getting the glass? Help please thanks!
