Uploading a Teen Sim

I really need someone to point me in the right direction.

How can a teen Sim be uploaded to the forum? I am attempting to make a referral to the GO Treatment Center, and the patient will be a teenager. I am not sure how to do this.

You can share them from CAS. It's one of the functions of the little ellipses near their icon in CAS.

Did you get the Sim uploaded to the Swap Shop or do you still need some help with it?

I forgot to upload her to the Swap Shop, but she has been uploaded to the GO Treatment Center thread. We'll leave it to Schipperke to improve her before I upload to the Swap Shop.
