Can zombies kill your sim?

I can't get away from zombies at full moon time unless my sim is having a conversation with another sim or my sim is inside. So Can they kill me if they get a chance and can they kill the Supernatural Sims?

Death by Zombie isn't one of the new deaths.  All that will happen is that you get bitten and turned into a zombie.  Zombies can be cured in 1 of 2 ways.  You can let the time run out on the moodlet or you can use a cure elixir to take care of it.

Okay - so How do cure your Sim?

The moodlet expires if you just wait - or you can use a potion.  Either of the cure potions work, and you can make them with alchemy (or buy them at the potion consignment store, but there is a chance you won't be able to buy it because the stock is always changing).

I did this on a total whim, but if you have the Moodlet Manager you can cure them that way. The Sim will also still run up to you to thank you.

You used the Moodlet Manager on the zombies?  Did they turn normal and then run off the lot like they do when a peashooter gets them?

Yeah, when my Sim was holding a Moodlet Manager and I clicked on the zombie, it said Cure and Zap. The Sim will walk right up and Cure like they would any other Sim and they looked normal. It is funny when they turn back to normal because they'll thank and stay in a conversation if you queue up the actions, but when you're done talking to them they bolt for home.
