Hi I downloaded a house from other site and checked there was no CCs included. So I downloaded and installed on my launcher. It's shown as being installed at first but I can't see it in the library. So I just opened the launcher again and found it's not installed..
?? So I re-installed it and quit the launcher and opened it back. Now I found it's not installed...? In which case does it happen usually?? Have no clue what to do now. Would you help me?

The reason was the file name was not named in English. I corrected it into English, it works now.
Because my sims3 game is English version.
