New World - Plumbob Palms - Need House Builders

Okay so I'll try not to waffle on too much but basically I'm creating a new custom world called Plumbob Palms. This world will only contain one expansion pack, which is Ambitions. Unfortunatley I couldn't include pets as I was one of the unlucky people that had the glitch where the animals go weird.

I used Sunset Valley as the base and have adapted it to make it my own. Obviously I love building, but as I have not a lot of time at the moment, I would love it people could build some houses to the requirements I need.
Here are some of the houses I need,

Lot One - Need a builder!
Size - 30x30
Price - Any Price Under 100,000
Requirements - Must not be a farmhouse or ranch. I need it to be modern but not a crazy white themed ultra modern house. It needs 2 bedrooms. One for a couple and another for their kids, preferably a teen based bedroom. It needs 2 bathrooms, a study, a kitchen, a diner and a main living area. Imagine your building a house to fit in with Sunset Valley.

Lot Two - Need a builder!
Size - 20x20
Price - 16,000
Requirements- Can be any style you like. Don't make it a weird house though please! I need it to be a starter home for two seperate sims. Needs only 1 bathroom and obviously the basics.

Okay these are the only houses I need so far but if i need more I shall post later on. If you are interested send me a private message.  If I like what your planning to do then I will ask you to put the house on the exchange so I can download it. Thanks.

There's a thread in Buildings and Constructions, where you can make requests... that wouold probably be the best place to ask...

Will you be uploading your world, and showcasing it here?
