Quests and Requests in home world have issues

I have issues completing quests, particularly in World Adventures.

Examples:
- Deliver relic to . (WA)
- Deliver 's item (WA)
- Go to  to receive your reward (occurred when receiving the reward for performing a concert however unlike in WA the payment was automatically given)

You might try resetting the Sim or town.
