Can't find empty lots

I'm playing the Sims 3 on my Window 7 and have all the expansionpacks installed.
My problem is that when I try to find the empty lots, when I want my household to move into a house, I cannot find them.
I am looking for a spesific lot-type, the type that cost 14.700, which is the lot I shall use when playing the Legacy-Challenge. In Sunset Vallet, f.ex. there's supposed to be a lot at the address "15 Summer Hill Court", but I cannot find it. Neither do I find the other lots that are the same in any other world.
Is this a kind of bug? Do anyone have or have had the same problem?

If you have Pets installed, 15 Summer Hill Court will be most likely automatically filled with the equestrian center. If you don't know where Summer Hill Court is, it's where the Altos live, near the sea, a square fishing lot surrounded by mansions and the equestrian center.

I couldn't find any pic that doesn't come from a CC-containing website, but I hope this helps  . You can also use google images to search for "15 Summer Hill Court" and you should find it.

Thank you, that explains a lot! After re-installing the game I found the same type of lot in the other worlds, so it was just Sunset Valley I didn't find it. But now I know
