Learning From The Master's Palm Problem

My Martial Artist Sim has the "Learning From The Master's Palm" opportunity, however whenever she clicks on the gold star where the person she has to fight is meant to be, the only option is "Heckle". Seriously?!  :o What is going on here? This seems to only happen when they are at home, I've tried waiting for them to go out but they never seem to leave their home!  >:(

Is there any way to complete this opportunity or should I just have her give up on it?

Why don't you visit the household, find the sim you must spar with and then click on them. The "Spar with sim" option should appear in gold. Always works for me.

I was clicking on the gold star above their house and only getting the heckle option, I gave up on the opportunity and my Sims have returned home. When the person is away from home and you click on the gold star the option to fight them comes up. (I didn't at the time and regretted it later).

I didn't think of visiting their house to spar them. *Feels like an idiot* Thanks, I'll try that next time.

By the way did I mention how much I hate heckling?!  >:(
