Problems with the store at the Sims 3 official site

I recently had to get a new bank card(the old one got destroyed when my two year old fed it into the shredder)anyway now when I try and buy something at the store it says that my account details are incorrect. I have tried adding it as a new card but the computer is having none of it.
I really want to buy the fairy tale stuff and Lucky Palms.

Do you have a Paypal account? What if you used that rather than going straight too the credit card?
Have you read the Forum Rules?
And please try to remember Capitals, Commas and Apostrophes when you post.

I don't have a paypal account. I always use the husbands paypal to pay for anything of ebay or things like that.

You're trying to buy Simpoints to buy items and it's not letting you?  I just went to My Account > Billing Information.  There I was able to add a new card to my account with no issues.   Have you tried this step first or is this where you're having problems?

For some reason it won't let me add a new card.Keeps telling me that it is all incorrect from my name to all the other details.

Double check the way you inputted the address to see that it matches the last one.  I had a problem where even though my address looked a certain way - my apartment building had to be put in another way to work for the store.
