This house is for Alex for her Legacy. It is minimally decorated with mostly just the bare essentials. Not all bedrooms and bathrooms are finished. This is a huge house with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, library, skill room, kitchen/dining, game room, gym, attached garage and unfinished basement. There is a barn for a horse (space to put another if needed) and a small kids' playground. Very little landscaping was done.
It comes in at just over 127,000 simoleans. Alex, I added a second main floor bathroom by the skill room in case your sim catches fire
