Hello all.
So I was having problems with the infamous 'jump bug,' in this case, Sims would 'jump' out of eating dinner.
I tried different dinner tables, resetting the world and resetting all objects, nothing worked. But then I noticed that it only seemed to happen when the cats were near the table.
So, I had a brainstorm. Remembering the problem with teleporting cats, (where cats would play in the tub and then teleport away), I walled in my Sims dining room and put doors, then locked them to pets.
Voila! No more jump bug!
I suspect it's something in the pets trying to beg for food or watch a sim eat that makes the table reset.
I'm hoping this helps people who have that problem.
