Screen issue

Where there are certain objects like stairs etc the screen does this.

help please!

I'm not sure, but I think things like that are often the result of an issue with your graphics card.
Have you read the Forum Rules?
And please try to remember Capitals, Commas and Apostrophes when you post.

It looks like it might be a graphics card issue to me, too.  Even the rest of the image is slightly fuzzy, which is because of lower quality graphics.  The solution would be a better graphics card installed in your computer if it can be upgraded.  One other thing that comes to mind is mods or third party custom content.  If you have either, it can cause problems in your game.

Those are artifacts, which are "holes" that an unsupported, old, or faulty graphics card produce when they fail, to render the game properly. Mods have absloutly nothing to do with this whatsoever, really, you most likely have onboard or built-in graphics, and you need a new graphics card. Eventually, you could easily break your computer if you do play with EPs+SPs+Mods+Store/CC, overtime.
