Transferring Business Ownership

Hey everyone.  Before I posted this I tried to look around the forums for an answer, but couldn't really find anything. My current household consists of a dad, mom and son and also a roomate.  The son and roomate are now a couple and will probably get married. The family also owns and is partners in a few businesses.  My question is if I have the son and his new wife move out and  I make them the active household, can they take ownership of the businesses? And will they get the household funds?

I think the buisness owner ship will transfer automatically and for household funds I think you will need to move everyone and then kick out who you don't want.
