Foreigners Aging in WA Worlds

(clearly, my inexperience with parts of this EP is showing)

How exactly do foreigners in WA age? I've noticed in dynasties that citizens in WA worlds will age over time, especially the more I visit.

So if I visit Egypt once and never go there again, will the Egyptians I meet stay in some sort of stasis or do they age regardless of if I visit again or not? I'm just mulling over dynasty strategy.

They age regardless over time just like any townie you meet in Sunset Valley.  They just don't start aging until you go for the first time.
