I found a lot at 18 Maywood Lane in Sunset Valley, that was the right size and shape. It costed 1,250.00.
Where ever you put it the lot needs to go longways. Like a shotgun house. (Lengthwise rectangle)


This is my apartment put in game.
That is if my apartment was a house with a pretty yard ..-lol-

It requires the Sims 3 game only, with no expansions.

I don't know why The Sims official site seems to have removed it.. Perhaps it was because I uninstalled the game back in 2009.
Anyway it's in my game now and seems fine.

This is a large efficiency or studio .. One main living room area.. With kitchen and bathroom.
This file has been scanned with Norton and Malwarebytes ..

This home is suitable for someone starting.
These prices assume that you would place it on the cheapest lot in Sunset Valley

Minimal decorating. More decorating means less money left over. It also means you can't possibly put it on a more expensive and possibly nicer lot.


Plenty of room in back to do basically whatever you want.

I've had problems with them removing stuff from my studio as well. Apparently they will randomly "cull" the exchange and store. They say it's to make more room, but it's pretty annoying when they remove stuff without letting us know. Good thing you had it still on your computer. Do you have pics for us to see?

It's a lovely big starter home! I usually can't make very big ones for the price, you've done really well.

Oh and I have built in bookshelves between the bathroom and the kitchen.

I kept it on my external.. Yeah that's a big bummer.. They just deleted it with no word at all.
