Edit in CAS and LR change-LTW doesn't work.

I just aged up two sims using the cheat to edit in CAS. For some reason, the changes I made to their traits and LTW did not work. I then used a similar cheat to add the necessary traits. Then I used the cheat for free Lifetime Rewards to purchase "Change Lifetime Wish", but this did not work either! I filled it in as necessary, then pressed the tick, but nothing happened - no lifetime wish, and 10000 LR still available. Any ideas?

I think because you aged them up technically not in game, the changes you made didn't register. I've made changes before like that to a LTW and it showed that it was completed but when I hovered over it, it said I still had to complete it. Weird stuff. I don't know how you can fix it but I hope what I said helps or gives some insight.
