What happened to the Pet Hydroginator?

I don't seem to have the Pet Hydroginator anymore. I can buy it with pet rewards but it's not in any inventory...pet or family. I tried it on two different dogs but it's still not available. Am I missing some step? My sims' dog has fleas!

I got it just yesterday. Your sure it's not showing up in the list? That is very strange.

Mine disappeared when I put it in the family inventory on two separate occasions. I had to re-buy it twice using buydebug. I think it had something to do with travelling, but I can't really remember because it was a couple of weeks ago.

I haven't done any traveling. I did close out of the game and went back in but no luck. I finally moved Kaley and her husband, Travis Sekemoto, out of the house so I wouldn't have to deal with the fleas. Poor Claire Ursine had to stay and deal with three pets with fleas

Sorry about that judewright, I miss read the statement.  How are you paying them? Straight from the dashboard or are you using Master Controller?

I pay for it using the pet's Lifetime Reward. It shows as a reward in the Pet's Lifetime Happiness panel but has no effect. The Hydroginator used to appear in the family inventory so you could place it on the lot. Evidently this is now bugged. Not sure if it's from Showtime because I hadn't played with a dog for a while.

I have Showtime and have had no problems. I just purchased it last night placed it and my cat and dog used it like 4 times already. Not sure what is causing your problem. I'll have to think on that one. If you smell smoke through the screen, it's me.. LOL

Thank you!  I'm going to do a factory reset and see what happens. Fingers crossed.
