"Missing Texture" for sketches

I just got all of my sims games redownloaded (with a couple of the stuff packs) and I really like to use the drafting table for my sims.

But one thing I noticed is that all the sketches they use, both the archetectural design and research fashion design, all come up with the same template saying "Missing Texture."

How do I go about fixing this? Because I have never seen this happen before. I'm assuming that whichever folder it's located in is missing the templates?

Did you reinstall the EPs/SPs in the order that they were released?
When you reinstalled, did you copy over an older Sims 3 folder or did you start from scratch?
Have you restarted your game and/or you computer? 
Do you use CC and/or mods? 
Have you cleared out your cache files as listed in this forum?
The sketches are they in an older game or a new one that was just started after the reinstall?
Is it ones that were downloaded on walls or ones that a Sim just completed?
As in they are sitting at the drafting table and while they are sketching it, it says missing texture?
What's your operating system?
