Starter Home for a New Couple

New Couple Starter
Lot size: 20x30
Bedrooms: Two
Bathrooms: One
Cost to place on X lot: $17,231
Cost furnished: $18,431
EP and SP: Amb and Pets only

Someone mentioned a while back we could use more starter homes.  Here's my little contribution.  It's ideal for a new couple.  The second bedroom is unfurnished so it can be used for a variety of purposes.
