Your Task:
For many the dream is to sleep in Egyptian Cotton sheets, sip champagne by the pool, wallow in the far too large bathroom and wear the finest clothes. For this to happen for our Sims they need the perfect place to do all of this, they need a luxurious residential home! This is your job, to create the finest class of build you can create, will you go for vintage luxury or modern luxury? Or more importantly for some of our luxurious snobs - how classy will it make them look?

Specifications:

• Lot Type: Residential
• Number of Bed Spaces: 2 Bed Spaces, minimum
• Budget: $100,000
• Lot Size: 30x30 or Larger
• Other: There needs to be wealth and elegance everywhere.

Optional Specifications:

• Luxurious Rooms, no expense spared in any room, it's all got to be dripping with simoleons!

Every master criminal needs a vacation home, to unwind from those long hours of plotting world domination and stamping all over the little people. This luxurious house comes with 1 bedroom with a bath by the window and an ensuite, an entertainment basement, a viewing platform for stargazing/painting, a helipad on the roof for those quick escapes and a shark tank, for when the maid really hasn't done a very good job.

Description: Beautiful archways and breezeways connect you to the
outside world filled with fountains and flowers.  Get your feet wet
in the pool and fish in the pond decorated with lovely bougainvillea.
The rear of the lot features a generous master bedroom and also
an adequate room for the butler if you choose to employ one or
for a spinster aunt if you feel charitable towards your poor relations.
The west wing houses the den/living room with its big screen TV and
a full bar.  This area also has a small study with a computer and a small

A very paranoid Sim decided to build a bunker to keep him in luxury style.  He believed he would survive the end of the world.  The world didn't end but he did.  Now we have this luxury filled underground home that has all the finest amenities.  One bedroom and bath, it is fit for a wealthy young couple or single.  Full appointed kitchen and dining area with top notch appliances, a lovely, restful lounge with fire pit and tv and even a grand piano.  Welcoming foyer leads you to this lovely home.  Above ground the grounds have been brought to the highest level of luxury with a large swimming pool, fountains, hot tub, gnubb court, dance floor, barbecue area and much more.  Come see it today!

"Wow, this contest was really hard to budget for! I'm in awe of all the entrants who built actual mansions for 100,000 simoleons. My first attempt went over the price limit very quickly, so after that I had to sit down and think about how to build something cheaper. My first instinct was to downsize, but how could I build in a cramped little space while still maintaining an air of luxury? It didn't take long before the rooms I was building began to look like rooms in a boat. I ran with that idea and I had such a great time building and taking screenshots for the contest. Thanks to all who voted, and great job to all who participated!"
