Is there a way to turn a Genie completely "human"?

I tried searching for this on the forum, but I couldn't find anything.
As the topic states; I'm wondering whether it's possible to turn a released Genie into a normal Sim?

I'm wondering mostly because I freed my genie and he had a baby with my normal sim. The baby (who's now a YA) has normal skincolor but it's needbars are all purple and it has the genie abilities. Is there any way to get rid of it and just have a normal sim?
The real reason I want to get rid of it is because I don't like seeing a normal-looking sim doing the "genie-float" instead of the regular running animation. Picky much?

If there's no way of getting rid of it, do you think that maybe it will go away in the next generation?

Can't help you. Never tried a genie baby because I didn't want a blue child. Don't like the skin colors like green, blue, etc.

I don't know of any regular way to do it, but there IS a mod that will "cure" your sim of being a genie.  It's by Treeag at ModTheSims, and you can get it here:

Thank You, I've tried with Twallans mod (which I love) but I only get a script error (I think I can guess why, but I'm not entirely sure, so I'd rather test alternative methods first)

I'll try the other mod and if that doesn't work (or if the two mods are incompatible) I'll just have to go over to the mods board so this discussion doesn't stray away from the original topic

Glad to hear it worked!

The Sims 2 had that gypsy who sold potions that cured people of occult status, so it makes sense that there'd be an in-game way to change this in TS3, but I don't know what it is.  I assume you tried the usual suspects, like the Science rabbithole and the Hospital one?  I know you can buy a potion at the Science rabbithole that will cure your sim of vampirism, so that'd be the first place I'd look for a genie "cure."
