Seaside Blue
« on: June 14, 2012, 12:37:55 PM »
Name: Seaside Blue

I decided to replace the home at 455 Sunnyside Blvd, Sunset Valley, with one that is easier to play for a family.

Lot Size:40x40
Bedrooms:3  (plus nursery), Bathrooms:2, Wrap-around Deck, Sunroom
Cost when placed on 40x40 lot unfurnished: 56,725
Cost when placed on 40x40 lot furnished: 97,320

I have all EPs and SPs and store items so it could contain items from any of these. If you don't have an item, it will be replaced with an EA item.

Here are some pictures.

Beautiful Jude!  It will look so pretty by the sea in any seaside town!  Downloading it.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

Thanks, Joria! I almost forgot about this one. I need to add it to my blog when I get back on my feet.

Also very cool! I love the veranda. I've tried Veranda's on some of my houses, but it just doesn't work for me. :P
Great work nevertheless.
