I haven't been very well these last couple of weeks, and haven't managed to do much in game (any game), but today I decided to try building another house and see how I got on. I could only cope with building a tiny house. It's not quite a starter home, as it's slightly more expensive than starter homes are, but not so much that a few paydays can't sort out for your Sims.

The house features 1 bedroom with a double bed. Can easily be converted to accommodate 2 single Sims (roommates) or a single parent. No backyard, garage or driveway, but for quickly building up your Sim's money without spending a fortune on bills, these things aren't really needed. However, you could probably squeeze in a bike rack or magic broom rack.
