How do you share pictures?

I am still new to Sims 3. I have some pictures I would like to share. I have them saved in the game launcher. Is there a way to past a link to the picture?

make a account on the forum gallery, sign in, make a album, upload the files there from the screenshots folder then type "" and copy the url to it and it will share it. Like so

when you upload it you come to a page of all your uploads and it will say Filename: www.carlssims3gallery/9248832unj/ioojd or something like that, copy it and put it imbetween ["img] [/img"] without the "
