Description: The idea behind this house was to create a nice modern style home, with a pool, on a very small lot. I normally build houses on larger lots, but I wanted a few small ones to fill in the empty spaces of my town. I also wanted this to look very clean and fairly modern. I think this house would be perfect for a single sim or a newly married couple. I also was thinking that the exercise area in the study could be converted into a nursery if needed. Or even a small bedroom later on. If you needed to change the furnishings around to suite your Sim's needs that is perfectly fine by me. Just please, if you publish it anywhere, give me original credit. Oh and send me a link too, I'd love to see it being used!
