I originally started making this boarding school for the competition in the Building Competition forum, but realised after I'd finished that I wasn't supposed to use anything from Showtime. So rather than spend hours trying to extract all the Showtime content, I just decided not to enter the competition. But given all the work I put into this "boarding school" I felt I just HAD to present it.
This WON'T work like a school, unfortunately. It's built on a commercial lot set to "Visitors Allowed". So basically it's just for show, but works like a general commercial lot with no particular type.

Contains ALL expansion and stuff packs.
No store items.
