Two questions.... Skintight Meshs and Sim Boys!

First how does one make a skin tight mesh with the tools of the trade! TSR-Workshop, Gimp with DDS file capability and Milkshape. Can I make one like a swimsuit or not? If so how? If not what do I still need? 


Second I would like know where I can find cute pre-made Sim Boys... Male Children? All the ones I find are ugly!
