Is there a special way for pets to get multiple births?

I don't mean to sound like a frivolous or confused question, but if I wanted a cat, dog or horse to have multiple births, will exposing the pregnant kitty/doggy/horsey to kids radio and TV increase the chances like it does in human Sims? Or does it just happen on its own?

I think you can buy pet's fertility treatment using their LTH points. I am not sure about listening to radio or watching kids tv.

I've had dogs and cats give birth to two kittens without ever getting the fertility treatment.  You just have to make sure that you have the room in the house for more than one.

I gave one of my dogs the pet fertility treatment and it had three pups,is that unusual,I don't have a lot of pets in my games.

As far as I can tell, the fertility treatment just guarantees one more to your litter.  Most of the dogs I've owned gave birth to two puppies without the LTR but I've never had three in my experience so far so it might be only possible with fertility treatment purchased.

*facepalm* I totally forgot about the LTR for Pets! I thought it would be the same as humans, but thank you.

I've seen pets have twins/triplets, but I wasn't sure if it was random, or if a LTR or the same deal would work as it does on humans.
