Description: Named for the sculpture (Modernist's Flame) by Christopher Wong, this fire station is ready to spring into action! With an easy to navigate layout, our firefighters will be to your rescue before you can say Modernist's Fire Station 100 times fast!

Seriously...I really dislike a few of the fire stations, especially the one in Sunset Valley. The pathing does not make sense to me. When this contest popped up, I was really excited. It gave me the final nudge I needed to tear down the old fire station and make a better one. I have tested this fire station, and I did not find any pathing issues, although I cannot guarantee that an issue won't come up. That is the nature of the Sims!

The Modernist's Fire Station has curb appeal! You can even see a couple of the sculptures the station is named for out front. The truck was left mostly wall free.

There is easy access to maintain the truck, as demonstrated by my Trophy Challenge contender, Will BeA Champ. You can't see it here, but the truck has flames painted on it.

There are 3 alarms located on the lot. This alarm is the easiest to get to, especially once you are already out working on the truck.

The entry way has the only fire poles. In case of an emergency, you will be out the door in no time!

The kitchen is small, but it features a hot beverage maker and island counter. Behind the kitchen is a small bathroom with a toilet that will never break!

The living room features a television and gaming system, a bookshelf, a desk with computer, and the Inventor's Work Bench.

Up the stairs is the sleeping area. It sleeps four firefighters, and has a dresser and mirror.

The bathroom is not gender specific, but features three stalls. In a small area behind the toilets, there are three seperate showers. You will not have to worry about others walking in on you while you're scrubba dubb dubbing.

There are only two doors leading outside. One is the front door, and the other is this door, which leads to a skilling area. There are three fitness machines, an easel, and a dominoes table, plus a picnic table. The gate leads to the front, allowing for quick response in an emergency.

If you are like me and enjoy the firefighter proffession, but detest the fire stations, you simply must download Modernist's Fire Station here:
