Updating

Two problems

1: whenever I try to update my game on the pc, i click update, the game claims it is updating but the screen has not loaded

2: on my laptop, I try to update to 1.33 but it keeps saying your game is fully up to date. And I try to install Carina Dreamweaver and it keeps saying that you need to update your game.

Help?
