How long does it take to get the first "rescue" in firefighting?

Hi

My firefighter is at level 10 at ~3 simweeks in and he hasn't gotten a single "rescue someone" job. I keep getting rabbit hole emergencies everyday. Once, I got a small fire but nobody needed to be rescued. I'm aware that it takes a while to complete the firefighter LTW but should it really take THIS LONG to get the FIRST rescue? I've been sitting at 0/30 rescues for what seems like a looooong time now :/

It basically comes down to luck. There was a challenge last year called 'The hobos to heroes race' which focused on this LTW. You might find some info there, or at least, more people who've also taken forever to complete it!
