Stuck Walking like hes "sneaking out"

My sim got grounded and he snuck out and did the "tip toe" and ever since then, he's been stuck walking like that. Even now that he's an adult.

I have many sims stuck this way. It's a constant glitch I face. My advice is to make sure you let all teens off the hook as soon as you can. In my games, if the adult gets the "free vacation" or if the teen ages up then they are stuck sneaking out.

I guess you have tried resetting him?

I think the only thing you can do is move him out of his house and back in again.  That usually fixes issues like this though no guarantees.  ;)
