A Custom Private Venue - Sims Unable to Watch the Show?

So I've built my Venue and placed the Zones which allow you to place Tables on but no matter what Sims are unable to watch the show. The interaction just appears and vanishes - no foot stomping. I tried placing the bench zone in case that is needed but still nothing? By placing tables on the table zones is that what is causing the issue? Has anyone made a working Private Venue yet?
