This lot has been sitting in my folder forever, so I decided I might as well create a thread for it on the forums. It is not a new build but I just never finished it before.
I am really busy these days with a new job so forgive me if the thread lacks the usual flair in story hah, one of these days I am going to create threads for the rest of the builds just sitting in my folder, once I can find time to furnish them.
In any case, this lot can officially be a library, community hangout, museum or just a general visitors allowed thing. Unofficially it is an opera theatre. The style is French baroque around the time of Napoleon III, and the cost is around 900,000 (mostly due to all the statues, those nearly perfect squares from the décor section cost a few thousand each and I used quite a bit of them lol). Anyway enjoy!
