Question about Gardening
« on: March 11, 2012, 11:34:49 PM »
I have 3 sims in the household.
1 has the Perfect Garden LTW, the other Creature Robot Crossbreeder [Or whatever the Science LTW is], the third is an acrobat.

During one of her shows, a perfect tomato got thrown at her. If I plant it using one of the other sims, does it count toward the Perfect Garden LTW [I should find out in a couple of sim days, but I wanted to be sure]?

Hi Axiom.

Yes, if your Perfect Garden Sim plants that perfect tomato, it will grow a perfect plant and count toward the LTW.

The Perfect Garden LTW requires your Sim to have a garden with 8 perfect plants in it.  The Sim with the LTW doesn't even have to plant them, so long as 8 perfect plants become mature on the lot after they select the wish.  The origin of the plantable item doesn't matter.

Likewise, Gardening and the "Perfect Garden" LTW are both from the base game, and since your question is actually about these and not a concept from Showtime I moved it here.
