Swifting Installation Files to another Hard Drive on Windows

Technical question: Is it possible to swift the whole Electronic Arts file from this direction Computer - Windows (C): - Program Files (x86) - Electronic Arts  to another internal Hard Drive (in my case Data (E:) ) without gameplay consequentions? I am asking because that file only take up 16.4 GB on my C drive, and that is without the save files.

I've been told that despite the fact my C Drive is a Solid-state Drive, that HD is more build to run Windows faster than to install Gigabyte eating programs such as sims, so I intent to switch. I could re-install the whole thing (I have almost every expansion, but for ShowTime Unlimited there's no room left) on my E drive directly, but that will take up A LOT amount of time, so if I can prevent that, I will.
