Help with Create a World

Can anyone help me with this problem of mine? I have created a world, but where do I find how to make the different places that sims go to to either work or learn? There is not link. Hope someone can help me. Thank you  :)

There is a button, and an option in the file menu called 'edit in game'. There you can place lots on the empty ones you added in CAW. Or you can build your own the same way you would build them in-game :)
