Richest Families in the World Adventures Pack (France)

Hey guys, is there anyway of knowing who the richest family is in the france expansion pack without telling me who they are... I know you can talk to people and find out if they are rich however would be good to be able to find out myself.

Also, at current, i have two adults and one baby.  Is there a way that I can play another couple in the game at the same time, without one of mine marrying the person I want to control?

I always thought the Fouchiers were pretty prosperous.
