Lifetime Rewards vanished.

I seem to have developed a strange bug that I've never come across before.  Hopefully someone might know how to fix it for me?

One of my sims just had every lifetime reward that she has purchased vanish.  The total lifetime happiness gained that shows when you hover over the current points shows the correct 106k points.  The current points show what should be left after purchasing the rewards I had bought (around 16k or so remaining).  The lifetime reward box is however now empty.  Totally blank.

All the rewards I had previously purchased are back in the list to purchase again and they are no longer affecting me - I noticed they were missing when the sim woke up and actually needed to use the toilet after having had Steel Bladder for weeks.

My best guess as to the cause is aging up.  She had a birthday the evening before and was affected by a midlife crisis and I noticed the Bladder trait being active again the next morning.

Anyone had this before?

Hi this kind of happened to me ,I went into edit town then changed families (to check on my sims son ,he had moved out) went bac k to my sim, all her Lifetime Rewards had vanished and her fish!!!!! Did not know how to sort out though (I took the easy way out and cheated my way back to getting the points again   )

hmmm...its definitely not been caused by edit town mode for me as its on a challenge game that isn't allowed to access edit town.

There's no CC apart from one or two official store items either.

I really don't know what to tell you did happen other than a bug, because I've used edit town and switched families and came back and they all had their rewards. I've also had them age up and never lost a reward. It has to be a bug, and I'm so sorry I don't know how, other than cheating, to get them back for you.

Removed my other post because I couldn't complete it do to a power outage.

The only time I lost LTR was once when I took my into edit in CAS. I nevr had it happen when switching in Edit Town.
