can i upload my home made house up to the exchange with items?

Hi i was wondering can i upload my homemade house to the Sims 3 exchange with all items that are inside ?

I tried myself in the edit town mode, but i could only upload it with a household, if i evict my household from the house and then want to upload it
i get a message that  everything inside the house will be sold before uploading.

So anybody any idea on how i can upload my house with items but without a family.

When I uploaded my Custom House I did not have anyone living there, I built it normally - Maybe the best way to find out is just try uploading it - Make a copy in the library first! Then see if there is furniture in the house.
