Retirement - Pension On Holiday
« on: April 05, 2010, 05:35:11 AM »
My Legacy Family went on holiday to France, the Generation Three Heir, is a retired level 10 Sportsman, he gets 400 for a pension, but then they wen ton holiday for three days and he received his pension there, so it only cost about half the price of travelling there because he was adding money on holiday! Anyone else have this happen?

*I don't mind if you want this topic locked (Pam, Metro, Carl, Swede) I just thought it was interesting as time stops when they are on holiday!

I don't see a reason for locking a little harmless thread samoht.

This is a pretty good tip though. I rarely play with elder sims so I wouldn't have seen this on my own.
You know, this is in effect similar to a senior citizen discount for travels! ;D

I have...my Brooke and her hubby Joe went to France after retirement and got their pensions from the science career (both were mad scientists) and I thought that was weird at the time, seeing as how like you say, time stands still on vacation.
