Uploading Remodel of EA Houses

Is it okay to upload our remodels of EA created lots/houses? I mean starting out with something and then changing parts of the build and changing the furnishings.

I would say you can as I know I've changed a few Residential Lots from EA into Community Lots and uploaded them and a few people have uploaded better versions of the Red Rendezvous and the park in Hidden Springs and I know Joria has uploaded versions of EA Starters.
