Vacation homes in Legacy's

Hello all I have a quick question if a founder of a Legacy gets level 3 vista in a travel destination (France,Eygpt,China)
and then that founder dies, Can the childeren go back to that destination and have 0 vista still go to the vacation home or will I have to get level 3 vista and buy another vacation house?

Yep, I didn't get far enough to have a Vacation Home in my Character Legacy and then when I wanted one I got hit by a Travel Bug wich stopped travel in that game. In a failed Dynasty of mine the Founders Husband managed to buy a Vacation Home for my family and they were still able to travel to it after his death.
