I believe there was a post about a couple of houses, that when you buy them at the beginning, they have challenges. Well, I found the leaky house and since I was practicing for a challenge, decided, how hard could it be. Let me tell ya, all appliances were leaking when my sims got there, so I decided to dig right in and start fixing them. The handy man shows up and says he will fix them for free and my sims had only one sink left, so I let the handyman fix it or so he said he did. In the mean time, my girl sim passes out on the front lawn and all of her needs bars were green, so not sure what that was about, except their plumbobs were orange from the water standing in all of the rooms. They had very little money, so decided to set them off to find some rocks and butterflies, but in this particular town, there were none yet, which I have never had to wait three sim days for anything to spawn, so this practice challenge didn't get off to a very good start. I suppose you could call it, a challenge within a challenge. lol Will not pick that house again. sheesh
