Perfectionists make better items, in general.   So (I haven't tested) but they should make better Nectar.

Perfectionist does not affect plants or fruit from the plants. For that, you'll want the Green Thumb trait.

Mood does not affect either skill, except that if they're in a bad mood, they won't garden/make nectar.  I think (though someone can confirm/deny this), that a better mood helps them learn the skill faster; but it won't impact the quality of their nectar or fruit.

Thx.I do not want make nectar longer than normal and have only litte money bonus with Perfectionists.I do not know ratio between added time and added money. I know in painting it is good, because  images can be expesive and bonus is in % (my guess). But in nectar making where botte price is relive low?

Bear in mind that if you store nectar in a rack in a basement for a while it can become quite valuable.

Personally I think if you want to make money out of anything your Sim makes (painting, sculpting, nectar, whatever) then the Perfectionist trait is worth getting. Perfectionists don't take that much longer to do things. Although, like you said we'd need a confirmed ratio of extra time to extra money to learn whether it's really worth it, and I'd have no idea how to go about that. Also, I'm willing to be that this ratio would be different for each skill that it's relevant to!
