Sims medieval problem

I am doing the quest Wag the dog.  My spy is suppose to relieve 2 actors from their duty.. i did one of them but other actor is in the village has been there a couple days now so i am unable to having any action with her not sure if this is a glitch in game or something i need to do  neeeeed helppp lol
