I tried the method in the recovering lost game sticky, but it did not work. I am not sure if my save folder even has the right file types. There is on VCD file, one NHD file, and two PACKAGE files. The two PACKAGE files are titled Sunset Valley, which I am pretty sure is my game because I didn't ever type in a different save name, I just hit enter because it already had the towns name as the file name. It says that the file is from 11.29.11 at 10.05pm, which is the last time I saved so it seems like it should be my game, yet the method did not work. Any suggestions?
Yesterday when I popped in Sims Ambitions, it said it was not installed, even though I was playing it the night before.
After I reinstalled it, my saved game was not in the launcher.
