I called EA

They have a number and I called it and they said I could chat online with an agent at help.thesims.com/chat but I went to it and this screen popped up. What should I do? I'm still on hold on the phone lol

I had that happen before to. I said I know the risks and then it will take to to the right place. But just so you know when I did it I got an agent on the phone before I got to chat online. And I waited on the phone for over 20 min! Good luck!

Staying on hold really pays off! I didn't say I know the risks, just stayed on hold and she sent it straight to my email! I'm so excited!

Sounds like things are going to work out. I'm glad. Needless to say, you want to prevent this from ever happening again. Once you get your codes write them on a sheet of paper and put that sheet tucked in the same spot your manual goes in the game box. Never remove that sheet.
