Relationship bar maxing out automatically ?

Hello,
I have recently created a sim and rolled him to the architectural profession , now I saw that he got 2 celebrity stars, I checked it out and saw that he was best friends with all of his clients, I never interacted with them, except for reviewing his job, it's not really annoying, but a bit confusing, he is level 5 in both painting and photography, didn't travel yet, and is also level 1 in charisma
is it a bug, or is it just me missing something ?

Your relationship with the sim increases after completing the job for them, but that seems really high.

My architectural designer sim maxes out her relationship bar with clients after about two sim days, even if they had never met before.

I'm not sure whether this is a bug or a feature, but I don't like it. I prefer my sims to make friends the good old fashioned way.

Exactly my case. Glad I'm not alone, amy. I guess we'll have to deal with it.
