Is it possible to put a subway station in the Appaloosa Plains town?

OK, I am having a little problem here and I need help. I am trying to place a subway station on Appaloosa Plains. In Bridgeport, the town had has subway stations so how am I to do it? The reason being is that I want to earn a lot of money by playing instruments in the subway stations for this particular town.

Please guide me! I am a newbie when it comes to editing towns.

The subway station is an object, and it's only available in Build Mode of Community Lots. Basically, what you have to do is go to Edit Town, put down a new/choose an existing lot, click it and go to "Build/Buy on this lot" (if it's a new lot you placed, remember to make it a community lot), then on the build menu there's a little building on the right, where all the Community Rabbitholes are. Find the subway station there, and put it on the lot.

I have not attempted it in the new town, but normally when you go into Edit Town, click a community lot, they are under community objects, miscellaneous objects.

I'm not sure this applies to the original poster, but in case someone else has this question later: if you can't use Edit Town because of challenge rules, you can still place subway stations on community lots that you've bought as a Property, by selecting Build/Buy On This Lot from the Real Estate menu. It costs nothing to place it, but it also doesn't add any value to the lot for upgrade purposes.

I'm not a newbie to the game by any mark, but in Apaloosa Plains or any of the other worlds, are you having difficulty placing the "new venues"?  How do I do this?  Step by step instructions would be helpful since apparently I'm missing something or doing something wrong.  Thank you!
